DMCA and takedown requests

If content on this site infringes your copyright or trademark, or a listed server is harmful (malware, phishing, stolen content), tell us and we will act quickly, usually within 2 business days.

Send a notice

Email abuse@runescapeprivateservers.com (or use the contact form) with:

1. The page URL(s) on this site and exactly what you want removed.
2. The work or mark you own, or proof you act for the owner.
3. Your name and contact details.
4. A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised, and that your notice is accurate.
5. Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-notice

If your content was removed by mistake, reply to our removal email with the same details and a statement of why it was not infringing. We may restore it unless the complainant takes legal action.

Repeat infringers

We delist servers and owners that repeatedly infringe.
