What we collect

• Votes: the in-game username you enter, the time, and a one-way keyed hash of your IP address (not the IP itself), used to enforce one vote per server per 12 hours and to stop fraud.
• Server owners and advertisers: the email address, server details and banner you submit, so we can list your server, confirm ownership and contact you about your listing or ad.
• Contact and report forms: what you write and the email you give, so we can reply.
• Payments: handled by Stripe or PayPal on their own pages. We never see or store card numbers; we keep the order reference, amount and the email you paid with.
• Server logs: our host keeps standard access and error logs for security, kept for a short period.

Cookies

We set only cookies needed for the site to work: a security (CSRF) token on forms and a login session for owners. We use no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. A captcha provider may set its own cookie when you submit a form.

Sharing

When you vote, the server you voted for receives your in-game username so it can reward you. We do not sell personal data. We share data only with the payment and captcha providers above, or when the law requires it.

Retention

Vote records are kept for the current and previous month for audits. Account and listing data is kept while the listing exists. Ask us to delete your data through the contact form.
