Paid placements are always marked Sponsored, sit in their own slots, and never change a server's rank. We do not sell votes, ranks or "boosts".

Free 24-hour ad trial - terms
- Who: owners of a claimed listing with the Verified owner badge.
- What: one 24-hour run in one of: New server spotlight, Sidebar banner. It is shown as Sponsored (trial).
- How often: once per server, per owner account, per email address and per connection. No payment details are needed.
- Limits: only 2 trials run at the same time; if all are taken, try again later. We may pause trials at any time.
- Start and end: it starts at the next rebuild after you submit and ends automatically 24 hours after booking. It is not extended for downtime.
- Same checks as paid ads: image type, file size and exact dimensions, a working http(s) link, and the content rules below.
- Refunds: a trial is free, so there is nothing to refund. Upgrading to a paid placement later is optional.
Content rules (all ads)
- Allowed: GIF or PNG banners at the exact slot size, up to 2 MB, linking directly to your own website or Discord over http or https.
- Not allowed: adult content, gambling, malware or "free items" downloads, phishing or fake login pages, impersonating another server, link shorteners or IP loggers, misleading claims.
- Links are checked against a blocklist and, when configured, Google Safe Browsing.
- We can refuse, pause or remove any ad that breaks these rules or that players report. If a paid ad never ran, it is refunded in full; if we remove a paid ad for breaking the rules after it ran, it is not refunded.
Refunds for paid ads
Ask within 48 hours of payment if your ad has not started yet and you get a full refund. After an ad has started, we refund the unused days only if the problem is on our side (for example the site was down).
Ads and rank
Rank comes only from valid votes this month (see how ranking works). Paying, trials, coupons or bundles have no effect on it.
